We are looking for talented Commercial Manager to manage and oversee ongoing projects, providing strategic & financial partnership and tactical direction both internally and externally.

With responsibility for continually seeking ways to ensure competitive advantage and profitability through the delivery of projects and use of subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the business in the area of customer tendering and contract documentation.

Provide and maintain a transparent structure for creating and tracking customer quotations.

Work across all departments to ensure optimal pricing is available to meet the needs of customers whilst ensuring profitability targets.

Provide accurate sales pipeline management and ownership of both new and existing opportunities across all customers.

Provide accurate management / direction on project profitability across all customers.

Use market, competitor and industry intelligences to develop commercial alternatives to differentiate the Company from its competitors

Responsibility for sourcing and on-boarding new suppliers or sub-contractors, ensuring all commercial agreements are in place. Including the administration and management, commercial viability and checking of insurance policies.

Ensuring NDA’s are issued and signed and returned ahead of confidential info being shared

Negotiating SLA’s to include payment terms

Completion of annual reviews of sub-contractor resource and commercial viability

PO/Project Coding/Invoicing Control.

A good financial and commercial knowledge around quotations and margin tracking / control.

A good understanding of P&L accounting.
