JOB PROFILE

Our client is looking for an account manager to represent their IT solutions business by providing sales and customer service support to their key customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell the full client Solutions portfolio
  • Consistently achieve targets
  • Be proactive and consistently attract new business to the company
  • Visit customers to build relationships
  • Establish and develop a professional working relationship with both customers and prospects
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure all customer queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with the supply chain
  • Work closely with Marketing to support strategic sales initiatives
  • Attend industry events and represent the client when needed
